If you've submitted a product request, application, or full access request and want to check the status, we're here to help.

## How to check the status of your request

If you've submitted a product request, application, or full access request and are looking to check the status, we're here to help.

At this time, request statuses are **not visible in the customer support system**, so our team members in chat or email won't be able to provide updates directly.

## What to do

To check the status of your:

* Product access request
* Full application setup
* Any submitted onboarding forms or approvals
